Croda International PLC proposes a final dividend of 62.0p per share amounting to a total of £86.5m for FY23
Croda International PLC management proposed a final dividend of 62.0p per share amounting to a total of £86.5m in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2023. Subject to shareholder approval, the dividend will be paid on 29 May 2024 to shareholders registered on 19 April 2024. The total proposed dividend for the year ended 31 December 2023 will be 109.0p per share amounting to £152.1m.
Croda International plc announce an interim dividend maintained at 47.0p
Croda International plc announce an interim dividend in respect of 2023 of 47.0p per share, amounting to a total dividend of £65.6m, was declared by the Directors at their meeting on 20 July 2023. This interim report does not reflect the 2023 interim dividend payable. The dividend will be paid on 3 October 2023 to shareholders registered on 1 September 2023.
Croda International Plc Announces Increase in Full Year Dividend of 8% to 108.0p
The Directors are recommending a final dividend of 61.0p per share amounting to a total of £85.1m in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2022. Subject to shareholder approval, the dividend will be paid on 26 May 2023 to shareholders registered on 28 April 2023. The total proposed dividend for the year ended 31 December 2022 will be 108.0p per share amounting to £150.7m.
Croda PLC interim ordinary dividend up 10% to 43.5p
An interim dividend in respect of 2021 of 43.50p per share, amounting to a total dividend of £60.7m, was declared by the Croda PLC Directors at their meeting on 26 July 2021. This interim report does not reflect the 2021 interim dividend payable. The dividend will be paid on 5 October 2021 to shareholders registered on 10 September 2021.
Croda announce a 2019 final dividend paid in full and 2020 interim dividend maintained at 39.5 pence
Croda has operated for many years with a prudent leverage and dividend distribution policy. This enabled the Board, after careful consideration of all stakeholders and treating all groups consistently and fairly, to pay the final 2019 ordinary dividend of 50.5 pence per share (£65.0m). In addition, given the resilience of the business model during the COVID-19 pandemic to date, Croda will pay an unchanged interimdividend of 39.5p (2019: 39.5p) in October 2020.
Croda International plc announce full year dividend increased by 3.4% to 90.0 pence
The Croda International Directors are recommending a final dividend of 50.5p per share amounting to a total of £65.0m in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2019. Subject to shareholder approval, the dividend will be paid on 28 May 2020 to shareholders registered on 17 April 2020. The total proposed dividend for the year ended 31 December 2019 will be 90.0p per share amounting to £115.7m.
