Croda International plc announce an interim dividend in respect of 2023 of 47.0p per share, amounting to a total dividend of £65.6m, was declared by the Directors at their meeting on 20 July 2023. This interim report does not reflect the 2023 interim dividend payable. The dividend will be paid on 3 October 2023 to shareholders registered on 1 September 2023.
