The Croda International plc Directors are recommending a final dividend of 63p per share amounting to a total of £87.9m in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2024. Subject to shareholder approval, the dividend will be paid on 28 May 2025 to shareholders registered on 11 April 2025. The total proposed dividend for the year ended 31 December 2024 will be 110p per share amounting to £153.5m.
