FDM Group (Holdings) declare an interim dividend of 17.0pence per share
On 25 July 2023, the FDM Group (Holdings) Board declared an interim dividend of 17.0 pence per ordinary share (2022: 17.0 pence), which will be payable on 13 October 2023 to shareholders on the register on 22 September 2023.

FDM Group are to propose a Final Dividend of 19.0 pence per share, following an interim dividend of 17.0 pence per share declared in July 2022, which would give a total dividend for the year of 36.0 pence per share (2021: 33.0 pence per share).

FDM Group (Holdings) Plc declared an interim dividend of 17.0 pence per ordinary share (2021: 15.0 pence), which will be payable on 30 September 2022 to shareholders on the register on 26 August 2022.

During the year, the FDM Group Holdings paid three dividends totalling £46.8 million, representing 43.0 pence per share.
FDM Group PLC declared an interim dividend of 15.0 pence per ordinary share
Since 30 June 2020, the FDM Group has paid three dividends in respect of the year to 31 December 2020. A first interim dividend of 18.5 pence per ordinary share was paid on 4 September 2020. This matched the final dividend that was originally proposed by the Board in respect of the year to 31 December 2019, which was withdrawn as the impact of COVID-19 was unfolding. On 27 January 2021, the Board declared a second interim dividend of 13.0 pence per ordinary share, which was paid to shareholders on 26 February 2021. The Board proposed a final dividend of 15.0 pence per ordinary share, approved by shareholders at the AGM held on 28 April 2021, which was paid on 4 June 2021. This took the total dividend in respect of the year to 31 December 2020 to 46.5 pence per share, an increase of 191% on 2019.

A key tenet of FDM's relationship with shareholders is the payment of sustainable dividends at an attractive level. After careful thought, the Board decided against proposing a 2019 final dividend to the Annual General Meeting (originally intended to be set at 18.5 pence per share). At the time, the COVID-19 situation was new, uncertain and difficult to assess. Since then the business has performed at an encouraging level, cash collection has been consistent and cash conversion robust.

The FDM Group continues to apply a progressive dividend policy, aimed at increasing the annual dividend broadly in line with growth in the Group's earnings per share, whilst taking into account the Board's desire to maintain a cash buffer of approximately £30 million at a Group level, the ongoing needs for funding of organic growth across the business and the distributable reserves available to the Group. They intend to pay a final dividend of 18.5 pence per share, taking the total ordinary dividend to 34.5 pence per share, an increase of 15% on 2018.
