Kairos Group Plc declare an interim dividend of 9.3pence per share
The Kainos Board has declared an interim dividend of 9.3 pence per share for H1 25 (H1 24: 8.2 pence). This will be paid on 13 December 2024 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 22 November 2024, with an ex-dividend date of 21 November 2024.
Kainos Group propose a 19.1p dividend
The proposed final dividend recommended by the Kainos Group Plc Directors is 19.1p and, if approved by shareholders, will be paid on 25 October 2024 to shareholders on the register on 4 October 2024, with an ex-dividend date of 3 October 2024. This will make the total dividend for the year 27.3p (2023: 23.9p) which will represent a distribution of 58% of adjusted profit after taxation (2023: 56%).
Kainos Group Plc declares an interim dividend of 8.2 pence per share for H1 24
The Kainos Group Plc Board has declared an interim dividend of 8.2 pence per share for H1 24 (H1 23: 7.8 pence). This will be paid on 15 December 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 24 November 2023, with an ex-dividend date of 23 November 2023.
Kainos PLC have proposed a final dividend of 16.1per share
Kainos PLC have proposed a final dividend recommended by Directors is 16.1p and, if approved by shareholders, will be paid on 20 October 2023 to shareholders on the register on 29 September 2023, with an ex-dividend date of 28 September 2023. This will make the total dividend for the year 23.9p (2022: 22.2p) which will represent a distribution of 56% of adjusted profit after taxation (2022: 58%).

Kainos Group final dividend proposed at 15.1pence per share
The Kainos Group have proposed a final dividend, if approved by shareholders, of 15.1p and would be payable on 28 October 2022 to all shareholders on the Register of Members on 7 October 2022, and with an ex-dividend date of 6 October 2022. This will make the total dividend for the year 22.2p (2021: 28.2p) which will represent a distribution of 58% of the adjusted profit after taxation for the year (2021: 76%). The total dividend for FY21 of 28.2p includes a special dividend paid in September 2020 of 6.7p per share. Excluding this special dividend the total interim and final dividend for FY21 of 21.5p represents a distribution of 58% of the adjusted profit after taxation for this year.
Kainos Group PLC have announced an interim dividend of 7.1 pence per share
A final dividend of 15.1 pence per share for the year ending 31 March 2021 was paid on 29 October 2021 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 1 October 2021, with an ex-dividend date of 30 September 2021. This dividend was declared following approval by the shareholders of the Company by ordinary resolution at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 23 September 2021 and a liability for payment of the dividend of £18.6 million has therefore been recognised in these condensed consolidated financial statements.
Kainos Group PLC announce a proposed final dividend of 15.1p per share
As part of the Covid-19 related cost reduction measures, the Kainos Board elected not to declare a final dividend for the year ended 31 March 2020. In light of the Group's performance, during the period, and following the repayment of the monies originally claimed under the furlough schemes, a special dividend of 6.7 pence per share (£8.2 million) was approved by the Board and paid on 4 September 2020 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 7 August 2020.
