The proposed final dividend recommended by the Kainos Group Plc Directors is 19.1p and, if approved by shareholders, will be paid on 25 October 2024 to shareholders on the register on 4 October 2024, with an ex-dividend date of 3 October 2024. This will make the total dividend for the year 27.3p (2023: 23.9p) which will represent a distribution of 58% of adjusted profit after taxation (2023: 56%).
