Foxtons Group Plc announce an interim dividend increased 10% to 0.22p per share
The Foxtons Board has declared an interim dividend of 0.22p per share (2023: interim dividend of 0.20p per share). Payment will be made on 16 September 2024 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 9 August 2024. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 8 August 2024. The Company operates a Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"), which is managed by its registrar, Link Group. For shareholders who wish to receive their dividend in the form of shares, the deadline to elect for the DRIP is 23 August 2024.
Foxtons Group plc announces a final dividend of 0.7p per share under existing policy
Foxtons Group plc proposed a final dividend of 0.7p per share for FY23 under the existing policy, the same as the final dividend for 2022. Under the new policy we would expect total dividends paid in 2024 and 2025 to at least maintain the level paid in 2022 and 2023. An interim dividend of 0.2p per share was paid in September 2023. The Board has proposed a final dividend of 0.7p per share which maintains the total dividend for the year at 0.9p per share (2022: 0.9p per share).

The Company operates a Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"), which is managed by its registrar, Link Group. For shareholders who wish to receive their dividend in the form of shares, the deadline to elect for the DRIP is 18 August 2023.

Foxtons Group plc Board has declared a final dividend of 0.7p per share, making a total in respect of 2022 of 0.9p per share under their policy of returning 35% to 40% of profit after tax in ordinary dividends. In 2022 they bought back 14.8 million shares through their share buyback programme at a cost of £4.9 million. The Board will review the continuation of the programme, bearing in mind their other capital needs, once the current authority, of which £1.1 million was unspent at 31 December 2022, is fully utilised.

Foxtons Group PLC announce an interim dividend of 0.18p declared
The Foxton Group's ordinary dividend policy is to return 35-40% of profit after tax to shareholders as an ordinary dividend. In the first half of the year the Group made a profit after tax of £3.1m after excluding one-off non-cash charges of £7.0m relating to deferred tax remeasurement charge (£6.3m) and non-cash adjusted items (£0.7m) recognised during the period. Based upon the first half performance and the momentum in the business, the Board has made the decision to re-instate the dividend with a payment of 0.18p per share for the half year period. Payment will be made on 28 September 2021 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 27 August 2021. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 26 August 2021.
