Hansard Global plc announce a final dividend maintained at 2.65p per share
The Hansard Global plc board has proposed a final dividend of 2.65p per share maintaining the same level as last year.
Hansard Global Plc has declared an interim dividend of 1.8p per share
The Hansard Global Plc Board has resolved to maintain its interim dividend at 1.8p per share (H1 2023: 1.8p per share). This will be paid on 25 April 2024 with an ex-dividend date of 14 March 2024.

Taking into account the current financial position and future outlook, the Board has resolved to maintain its interim dividend at 1.8p per share (H1 2022: 1.8p per share). This will be paid on 27 April 2023 with an ex-dividend date of 16 March 2023.
