The Hansard Global plc board has proposed a final dividend of 2.65p per share maintaining the same level as last year.
This dividend represents a total dividend of 4.45p (2023: 4.45p) per share in respect of the financial year. Upon approval at the AGM, the dividend will be paid on 14 November 2024 to shareholders on the register on 4 October 2024. The associated ex-dividend date is 3 October 2024.
