Aviva announces a final dividend of 22.3 pence per share on Ordinary Shares (Shares). Subject to shareholder approval at the 2024 Annual General Meeting and the condition below, the final dividend for the year ending 31 December 2023 will be paid on 23 May 2024 to shareholders on the Register of Members at the close of business on 12 April 2024. Holders of Aviva American Depository Receipts (ADRs) will be paid the dividend approximately four business days after the payment to Ordinary shareholders. The last election date for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 1 May 2024. The dividend is conditional upon the Directors not having determined (at their discretion) to cancel the dividend at any point prior to its payment.

Subject to shareholder approval at the 2023 Annual General Meeting and the condition below, the final dividend for the year ending 31 December 2022 will be paid on 18 May 2023 to shareholders on the Register of Members at the close of business on the record date of 31 March 2023. Holders of Aviva American Depository Receipts will be paid the dividend approximately four business days after the payment to ordinary shareholders. The last election date for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 25 April 2023. The dividend is conditional upon the Directors not having determined (at their discretion) to cancel the dividend at any point prior to its payment.
Aviva PLC announce an interim dividend up 5% to 7.35p
Aviva has a dividend policy and capital framework that align with the Group's strategic priorities. Under the dividend policy they aim to grow dividends per share by low to mid-single digits based on sustainable cash flows. In light of their performance in the first half of 2021 and strong capital and liquidity, the Board has proposed an interim dividend of 7.35 pence per share (2020: 7.0 pence).

Aviva announces a second interim dividend in respect of 2019 of 6 pence per share
The Aviva Board has declared a second interim dividend in respect of the 2019 financial year of 6 pence per share. While the Board continues to monitor the impact of COVID-19 and the economic outlook, they have decided to take the opportunity to review their longer term dividend policy, in light of our strategic priorities and the future shape of the group, with the objective of a sustainable pay-out and lower levels of debt. They will update shareholders on all dividend matters, including the 2019 final dividend in the fourth quarter.
