International Personal Finance Plc announce a proposed final dividend of 7.2p per share
The International Personal Finance Plc Board is pleased to declare a 10.8% increase in the final dividend to 7.2p per share (2022: 6.5p). This is in line with their progressive dividend policy and brings the full-year dividend to 10.3p per share (2022: 9.2p), an increase of 12.0% on 2022 and representing a pre-exceptional payout rate of 44% (2022: 44%). As they previously communicated, the payout rate is modestly above their target of 40% as they utilise their strong capital base whilst rebuilding their RoRE to their target level of 15%. Subject to shareholder approval, the final dividend will be paid on 11 May 2024 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 12 April 2024. The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 11 April 2024.

International Personal Finance Plc to declare a 15% increase in the interim dividend to 3.1 pence per share. This is in line with their progressive dividend policy which sets the interim dividend payment at 33% of the prior year's full dividend payment. The interim dividend will be paid on 29 September 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 1 September 2023. The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 31 August 2023.
International Personal Finance Plc Proposes a Final Dividend of 6.5p per Share
Based on the successful execution of International Personal Finance Plc's growth strategy and continued significant growth potential, the Board is pleased to declare a 12.1% increase in the final dividend to 6.5 pence per share. This is in line with the Group's progressive dividend policy and brings the full-year dividend to 9.2 pence per share (2021: 8.0 pence per share), an increase of 15% on 2021 and representing a pre-exceptional payout rate of 44% (2021: 43%). This is a higher payout rate than the 40% minimum rate within their financial model and, as previously indicated, the Board is utilising surplus capital above their 40% equity to receivables ratio to pay a higher rate whilst the business rebuilds both scale and their returns to the target range of between 15% and 20%. Subject to shareholder approval, the final dividend will be paid on 5 May 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 11 April 2023. The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 6 April 2023.
International Personal Finance plc announce an increase in the interim dividend of 23% to 2.7 pence per share
The International Personal Board is to declare a 23% increase in the interim dividend to 2.7 pence per share (H1-21: 2.2 pence). The interim dividend is in line with the Group's progressive dividend policy and is set at 33% of the prior year's full-year dividend payment. The interim dividend will be paid on 30 September 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 2 September 2022. The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 1 September 2022.
International Personal Finance have proposed an interim dividend of 2.2 pence per share
The International Personal Finance Board has considered the Group's trading performance in the first half of the year, the outlook for the full year and the strength of the balance sheet, and is pleased to declare an interim dividend of 2.2 pence per share. The interim dividend will be paid on 1 October 2021 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 3 September 2021. The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 2 September 2021. The deadline to elect for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) is 10 September 2021. As at the date of this report, 223,196,486 ordinary shares are authorised to receive the dividend with a total dividend payment of £4,910,322.69.
International Personal Finance announce a maintained full-year dividend of 12.4p per share
International Personal Finance announce, subject to shareholder approval, a final dividend of 7.8 pence per share will be payable, which will bring the full-year dividend to 12.4 pence per share (2018: 12.4 pence per share). The final dividend will be paid on 11 May 2020 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 14 April 2020. The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 9 April 2020.
Possible effects of the tax treatment of dividends from April 2016
