The International Personal Finance Board recommends a full-year dividend of 11.4p per share, an increase of 10.7% compared with 2023 and represents a pre-exceptional payout rate of 46% (2023: 44%). Subject to shareholder approval, the 2024 final dividend will be paid on 12 May 2025 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 11 April 2025. The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 10 April 2025.
