National Grid Plc announce an interim dividend of 15.84p/ordinary share. This represents 35% of the total rebased dividend per share of 45.26p in respect of the last financial year to 31 March 2024, in line with the Group's dividend policy.
National Grid Plc have announced a recommended final dividend of 39.12p to bring full year dividend to 58.52p
The National Grid Plc Board has recommended an increase in the final dividend to 39.12p per ordinary share ($2.4939 per American Depository Share), which will be paid on 19 July 2024 to shareholders on the register of members as at 7 June 2024. If approved, this will bring the full-year dividend to 58.52p per ordinary share, an increase of 5.55% over the 55.44p per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2023. This is in line with the increase in average UK CPIH inflation for the year ended 31 March 2024 as set out in our dividend policy.

The National Grid Plc Board has approved an interim dividend of 19.40p per ordinary share ($1.1899 per American Depositary Share). This represents 35% of the total dividend per share of 55.44p in respect of the last financial year to 31 March 2023 and is in line with the Group's dividend policy. The interim dividend is expected to be paid on 11 January 2024 to shareholders on the register as at 24 November 2023.

The National Grid Board has recommended an increase in the final dividend to 37.60p per ordinary share ($2.3459 per American Depository Share), which will be paid on 9 August 2023 to shareholders on the register of members as at 2 June 2023. If approved, this will bring the full-year dividend to 55.44p per ordinary share, an increase of 8.77% over the 50.97p per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2022. This is in line with the increase in average UK CPIH inflation for the year ended 31 March 2023 as set out in their dividend policy.

The National Grid Plc Board has approved an interim dividend of 17.84p per ordinary share ($1.0307 per American Depositary Share). This represents 35% of the total dividend per share of 50.97p in respect of the last financial year to 31 March 2022 and is in line with the Group's dividend policy. The interim dividend is expected to be paid on 11 January 2023 to shareholders on the register as at 25 November 2022.

The National Grid Board has recommended an increase in the final dividend to 33.76p per ordinary share ($2.0929 per American Depository Share), which will be paid on 17 August 2022 to shareholders on the register of members as at 6 June 2022. If approved, this will bring the full-year dividend to 50.97p per ordinary share, an increase of 3.7% over the 49.16p per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2021. This is in line with the increase in average UK CPIH inflation for the year ended 31 March 2022 as set out in their dividend policy. Their aim is to grow the annual dividend in line with CPIH, thus maintaining the dividend per share in real terms. The Board will review this policy regularly, taking into account a range of factors including expected business performance and regulatory developments.

If approved, this will bring the full year dividend to 49.16 pence per ordinary share, an increase of 1.2% over the 48.57 pence per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending 31 March 2021. This rise is in line with the increase in UK RPI for the twelve months to 31 March 2021 as set out in the policy announcement of 28 March 2013.

If approved, this will bring the full year dividend to 48.57 pence per ordinary share, an increase of 2.6% over the 47.34 pence per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending 31 March 2019. This rise is in line with the increase in UK RPI for the twelve months to 31 March 2020 as set out in the policy announcement of 28 March 2013.

The Board has approved an interim dividend of 16.57p per ordinary share ($1.0673 per American Depositary Share). This represents 35% of the total dividend per share of 47.34p in respect of the last financial year to 31 March 2019 and is in line with the Group's dividend policy. The interim dividend is expected to be paid on 15 January 2020 to shareholders on the register as at 29 November 2019.
