About Vector Group Ltd
Vector Group Ltd is a holding company for Liggett Group LLC, Vector Tobacco Inc. and New Valley LLC. The Company is engaged in two business segments: Tobacco and Real Estate. Its Tobacco segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of cigarettes in the United States through its subsidiaries, Liggett Group LLC (Liggett) and Vector Tobacco Inc. (Vector Tobacco) subsidiaries. The Company’s Real Estate segment provides the real estate services, technology and investment business through its subsidiary, New Valley LLC (New Valley). The Company owns interests in properties and real estate projects across the United States through New Valley LLC. Liggett produces cigarettes in approximately 100 combinations of length, style and packaging. Liggett’s brand portfolio includes: Eagle 20’s, Pyramid, Montego, Grand Prix, Liggett Select and Eve.
