The Company offers private labeled apparel, shoes, cosmetics and accessories for women, men, young adults and children. The Company serves customers through retail segment, which includes Full-Price and Off-Price businesses. The Company’s operations consist of its Nordstrom U.S. and Canada full-line stores, the United States and Canada Nordstrom Rack stores, Jeffrey boutiques, Last Chance clearance stores, Trunk Club clubhouses and Nordstrom Local. Additionally, the Company’s customers are also served online through Nordstrom.com, Nordstromrack.com, HauteLook and TrunkClub.com.

As of March 18, 2019, the Retail segment included 115 Nordstrom-branded full-line stores in the United States, six full0line and six Rack stores in Canada, six Trunk Club clubhouses, three Jeffrey boutiques and three Nordstrom Local neighborhood hubs. Its Trunk Club offers personalized styling services for men and women, which enables customers to shop and try on at home, paying only for what they decide to keep. It also allows customers to choose to shop using these personalized styling services in-person at its clubhouses. As of March 18, 2019, the Company’s Retail segment also included 239 Off Price Nordstrom Rack stores in the United States and two last chance clearance stores. Nordstromrack.com (HauteLook) offers both a persistent selection of Off-Price merchandise, as well as limited-time flash sale events on fashion and lifestyle brands, and is integrated with a single customer log-in, shared shopping cart and streamlined checkout process.
