Bath & Body Works

The Company's Bath & Body Works segment is the specialty retailers of personal care, home fragrance products, soaps and sanitizers. As of January 28, 2017, it sold its Bath & Body Works products at more than 1,600 Bath & Body Works stores in the United States and Canada and online at www.BathandBodyWorks.com. As of January 28, 2017, Bath & Body Works had 159 stores in 30 other countries operating under franchise, license and wholesale arrangements.

Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works International

The Company's Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works International segment includes the Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works company-owned and partner-operated stores outside of the United States and Canada. The businesses include Victoria's Secret Beauty and Accessories stores operated by partners under franchise, license and wholesale arrangements, which feature Victoria's Secret branded beauty and accessories products; Victoria's Secret International stores, consists of company-owned stores in the United Kingdom, as well as stores operated by partners under franchise, license and wholesale arrangements, and Bath & Body Works International stores operated by partners under franchise, license and wholesale arrangements.
