Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. (Chipotle), incorporated on January 30, 1998, together with its subsidiaries, operates Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurants. Its restaurant uses ingredients, which include chicken, steak and chorizo that are grilled in its restaurants, carnitas (seasoned and braised pork), barbacoa (spicy shredded beef), Sofritas (organic braised tofu), and vegetarian pinto and black beans. The Company's restaurants offer a selection of beer and margaritas.
