Jet2 Plc announce a final dividend of 10.7p per share
The Jet2 Board has resolved to pay a final dividend of 10.7p per share (2023: 8.0p), representing an increase of 34%. This final dividend is subject to shareholders' approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 5 September 2024 and will be payable on 23 October 2024 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 20 September 2024, with the ex-dividend date being 19 September 2024.

Jet2 Plc announce basic earnings per share increased to 231.0p (2022: 165.9p) and in view of the current full year outlook and the Board's continued confidence in the Group's prospects, and it has decided to pay an interim dividend of 4.0p per share (2022: 3.0p). The dividend will be paid on 2 February 2024 to shareholders on the register at 29 December 2023, with the ex-dividend date being 28 December 2023.
The Jet2 Board has resolved to pay a final dividend of 8.0p per share
Prior to the pandemic, and subject to satisfactory financial performance, the Jet2 Board traditionally paid a modest dividend whilst seeking to re-invest the majority of cash generated in growing the business. For the year, basic earnings per share were 135.4p (2022: (147.0p)) and in view of the positive financial performance and in keeping with its previous principle, the Jet2 Board has resolved to pay a final dividend of 8.0p per share (2022: nil). This final dividend is subject to shareholders' approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 7 September 2023 and will be payable on 25 October 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 22 September 2023, with the ex-dividend date being 21 September 2023.
Jet2 announce an interim dividend of 3.0p per share
The Jet2 Board has decided to pay an interim dividend of 3.0p per share (2021: £nil). The dividend will be paid on 3 February 2023 to shareholders on the register at 30 December 2022, with the ex-dividend date being 29 December 2022.
Dart Group announces an increased interim dividend of 3.0p per share
The declared interim dividend of 3.0p per share (2018: 2.8p) will be paid out of the Company's available distributable reserves on 3 February 2020, to shareholders on the register at 27 December 2019. In accordance with IAS 1, dividends are recorded only when paid and are shown as a movement in equity rather than as a charge to the Income Statement.
Dart Group increases its 2017 final dividend by 26%
Profit before taxation reduced by 14% to £90.1m (2016: £104.2m). This result includes considerable investment to launch our two new Jet2.com operating bases at Birmingham and London Stansted Airports and also includes a £10.9m charge for foreign exchange revaluation losses (2016: £1.3m). Before accounting for these revaluation losses, underlying profit before taxation reduced by 4% to £101.0m (2016: £105.5m). In consideration of these results, the Board is recommending a final dividend of 3.897p (2016: 3.100p), bringing the proposed total dividend to 5.272p per share for the year ended 31 March 2017 (2016: 4.000p).
Dart Group increases its 2017 interim dividend by 53%
A strong summer season saw Group revenue increase 21% to £1,240.8m (2015: £1,024.0m) whilst Group operating profit, which was underpinned by continued growth in our Leisure Travel business, increased 14% to £167.5m (2015: £147.1m). * Profit before tax grew 12% to £163.7m (2015: £146.8m). The Group's Interim dividend per share will increase by 53% to 1.375p (2015: 0.900p). Leisure Travel revenue growth of 22% to £1,160.8m (2015: £951.7m) reflects a 36% increase in the number of Jet2holidays package holiday customers to 1.28m (2015: 0.94m), representing 50% of overall flown customers (2015: 42%). Jet2.com also flew 2.51m flight-only passenger sectors (2015: 2.65m) during the period. * Though airline ticket yields and average load factors were slightly lower than those achieved in last year's summer season, this is against a backdrop of a 13% increase in seat capacity.
