Spirent Communications plc announce an interim dividend proposed for 2023 of 2.76 cents per Ordinary Share is equivalent to 2.14 pence per Ordinary Share (first half 2022: 2.16 pence).
Spirent Communications Plc's Final Dividend of 4.94 Cents per Share to be Paid in May 2023.
The Board is recommending the payment of a final dividend for 2022 of 4.94 cents (4.12 pence) per share which, together with the interim dividend of 2.63 cents (2.16 pence) per share paid in September 2022, brings the full year dividend to 7.57 cents (6.28 pence) per share, a dividend cover of 2.5 times adjusted earnings. This is a 12 per cent increase compared to the full year dividend for 2021. In Sterling terms this represents an increase of 24 per cent.

Spirent Communications Plc has announced an interim dividend of 2.63 cents per Ordinary Share is equivalent to 2.16 pence per Ordinary Share (first half 2021: 1.72 pence). The dividend will be paid to Ordinary shareholders on 16 September 2022 and to ADR holders on 23 September 2022. The dividend is payable to all shareholders on the Register of Members at the close of business on 12 August 2022.
Spirent Communications Plc recommends a final dividend of 4.37 cents per share
The Spirent Communications Plc Board is recommending the payment of a final dividend for 2021 of 4.37 cents (3.34 pence) per share which, together with the interim dividend of 2.39 cents (1.72 pence) per share paid in September 2021, brings the full year dividend to 6.76 cents (5.06 pence) per share, a dividend cover of 2.5 times adjusted earnings. This is a 12 per cent increase compared to the full year dividend for 2020. In Sterling terms this represents an increase of 14 per cent. This follows a special dividend in 2020 of 7.50 cents (5.40 pence) per share.
Spirent Communications PLC interim dividend up 10 per cent to 2.39 cents.
The Spirent Communications Board has declared an interim dividend of 2.39 cents per Ordinary Share, a 10 per cent increase over the dividend declared for the first half 2020 of 2.17 cents. This is equivalent to 1.72 pence per Ordinary Share at an exchange rate of $1.39:£1 (first half 2020: 1.67 pence). The payment will be approximately $14.6 million. The dividend will be paid to Ordinary shareholders on 17 September 2021 and to ADR holders on 24 September 2021. The dividend is payable to all shareholders on the Register of Members at the close of business on 13 August 2021.
Spirent announce an interim dividend up 12 per cent to 2.17 cents
In the first half of 2020, the final dividend for Spirent in 2019 of $20.5 million was paid (first half 2019: $16.7 million) and 2.0 million shares were purchased and placed into the Employee Share Ownership Trust (ESOT) at a cost of $4.7 million (first half 2019: 3.0 million shares at a cost of $6.1 million).
Spirent announce 20 per cent increase in full year dividend, up 25 per cent in sterling, broadly in line with the increase in earnings, final dividend of 3.45 cents to be paid in May 2020.
The Spirent Board is recommending the payment of a final dividend for 2019 of 3.45 cents (2.70 pence) per share which, together with the interim dividend of 1.94 cents (1.59 pence) per share paid in September 2019, brings the full year dividend to 5.39 cents (4.29 pence) per share, a dividend cover of 2.5 times adjusted earnings. This is a 20 per cent increase compared to the full year dividend for 2018. In sterling terms this represents an increase of 25 per cent.
