PageGroup Plc announce an interim dividend up 4.5% to 5.36 pence per share
The PageGroup Plc Board has announced an interim dividend of 5.36 pence per share, an increase of 4.5% over last year. This, in addition to the 2023 final dividend which they paid in June, results in a total return to shareholders in 2024 of £52.0m, or 16.6 pence per share.
PageGroup Plc announce a final dividend proposed of 11.24p per share
The PageGroup Plc Board has proposed a final dividend of 11.24p (2022: 10.76p) per ordinary share, up 4.5% on the 2022 final dividend. When taken together with the interim dividend of 5.13p (2022: 4.91p) per ordinary share, this is an increase in the total dividend for the year of 4.5%. The proposed final dividend, which amounts to £35.4m, will be paid on 21 June 2024 to shareholders on the register as at 17 May 2024, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on 3 June 2024.

The PageGroup Board has proposed a final dividend of 10.76p (2021: 10.30p) per ordinary share, up 4.5% on the 2021 final dividend. When taken together with the interim dividend of 4.91p (2021: 4.70p) per ordinary share, this is an increase in the total dividend for the year of 4.5%. The proposed final dividend, which amounts to £34.2m, will be paid on 19 June 2023 to shareholders on the register as at 19 May 2023, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on 1 June 2023.
PageGroup plc announce an interim dividend up 4.5% to 4.91 pence per share
The PageGroup Plc Board has announced an interim dividend of 4.91 pence per share, an increase of 4.5% over last year. In addition, in line with their policy of returning surplus capital to shareholders, the Group is to announce today a special dividend of 26.71 pence per share (2021: 26.71 pence per share) totalling £84.9m. Taking these two dividend payments together, this amounts to a cash return to shareholders of £100.5m. This is in addition to the 2021 final dividend paid in June of £32.7m, meaning a total of £133.2m, or 41.92 pence per share, returned to shareholders in 2022.

PageGroup Plc is proposing a final dividend of 10.30p (2019: 0.00p) per ordinary share. When taken together with the interim dividend of 4.70p (2019: 4.30p) per ordinary share, this is an increase in the total dividend for the year of 9.6% over the proposed 2019 ordinary dividends to 15.00p per ordinary share. The proposed final dividend, which amounts to £32.9m, will be paid on 17 June 2022 to shareholders on the register as at 20 May 2022, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on 31 May 2022.
