Mitie Group plc announce a final dividend of 3.0p per share
The Mitie Group Board is recommending a final dividend of 3.0p per share which, when added to the 1.0p interim dividend paid, takes the total dividend for FY24 to 4.0p per share. This is a 38% increase on the prior year (FY23: 2.9p) and represents a payout ratio of 33% (FY23: 30%). The final dividend will be paid on 5 August 2024, following approval at the 2024 AGM.
Mitie Group plc announce an interim dividend increased 43% to 1.0p per share
The Mitie Group plc Board has declared an interim dividend of 1.0p per share (H1 FY23: 0.7p per share), consistent with their policy of setting the interim dividend at one third of the prior year total dividend (FY23: 2.9p per share). The interim dividend will be paid on 31 January 2024 to all shareholders that are on the register at the close of business on 15 December 2023. Shares in Mitie will be quoted ex-dividend on 14 December 2023 and the dividend reinvestment plan election date is 5 January 2024.

Mitie Group announced their final FY22 dividend of £19.5m and interim FY23 dividend of £9.4m resulting in a cash outflow of £28.9m in FY23. The £5.7m of dividends paid in FY22 is much lower than in FY23, as it included only the FY22 interim dividend, and no final dividend payment from FY21, because dividend payments were only resumed in FY22 following the Covid pandemic.
Mitie Group announce an interim dividend increased 75% to 0.7p per share
The Mitie Group Board has declared an interim dividend of 0.7 pence per share (H1 FY22: 0.4 pence per share). The interim dividend will be paid on 1 February 2023 to all shareholders that are on the register at the close of business on 16 December 2022. Shares in the Company will be quoted ex-dividend on 15 December 2022. The dividend reinvestment plan election date is 5 January 2023.

The Mitie Group Board is recommending a final dividend of 1.4 pence per share which, when added to the dividend paid in respect of the first six months of the year, takes the total dividend for FY22 to 1.8 pence per share. The final dividend will be paid on 5 August 2022.
