About Homeserve
Homeserve was formerly known as South Staffordshire Group, but changed its name after demerging its water business in April 2004. Itis now a supplier of emergency plumbing and electricity services to customers of water and electricity.
Homeserve dividends

Homeserve PLC announce an interim dividend increased 10% to 6.8p
The Homeserve PLC Board has declared an interim dividend of 6.8p per share (HY21: 6.2p), up 10%, reflecting its confidence in HomeServe's continuing growth prospects. The dividend will be paid on 7 January 2022 to shareholders on the register on 10 December 2021.
Homeserve PLC proposes a final dividend of 19.8p to take the total dividend for the year to 26.0p
Given the Group's resilient performance, and the Board's confidence in HomeServe's future growth prospects, the Board is proposing to increase the final dividend to 19.8p per share (FY20: 17.8p) to be paid on 2 August 2021 to shareholders on the register on 2 July 2021.
Homeserve announces interim dividend up 7% to 6.2p
The interim dividend of 6.2p per share (HY20: 5.8p), an increase of 7%, will be paid on 8 January 2021 to shareholders on the register on 11 December 2020.

Homeserve announce an interim dividend of 5.8p per share (HY19: 5.2p), an increase of 12%, which will be paid on 7 January 2020 to shareholders on the register on 6 December 2019.
Homeserve increases its 2017 full year dividend by 20%
Statutory operating profit up 20% to £104.7m; Adjusted operating profit up 22% to £118.8m reflecting strong underlying performance -both included a £10.3m foreign exchange benefit.

Customer numbers up 2% in the UK to 2.2m with further development in our gas capability
