NOTE: As from the Interim Results for the six months ended 30 September 2013, published on 6 November 2013 DCC now declares its dividends in sterling. Prior to this dividends were declared in Euros. Dividends declared in Euros have been converted to GB Pounds at a rate two days before Payment Date or End of Year (for 2006 & 7 historical values). Due to fluctuations in exchange rates this has resulted in Fiscal 2012's dividend being lower than Fiscal 2011's dividend. In Euros it was higher.

The DCC Plc Board has decided to pay an interim dividend of 66.19 pence per share, which represents a 5.0% increase on the prior year interim dividend of 63.04 pence per share. This dividend will be paid on 13 December 2024 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 22 November 2024.

The DCC Plc Board has declared to pay an interim dividend of 63.04 pence per share, which represents a 5.0% increase on the prior year interim dividend of 60.04 pence per share. This dividend will be paid on 15 December 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 24 November 2023.
The DCC Board is proposing an 11.2% increase in the final dividend to 119.93 pence per share
The DCC Board is proposing an 11.2% increase in the final dividend to 119.93 pence per share, which, when added to the interim dividend of 55.85 pence per share, gives a total dividend for the year of 175.78 pence per share. This represents a 10.0% increase over the total prior year dividend of 159.80 pence per share. The dividend is covered 2.4 times by adjusted earnings per share (2021: 2.4 times). It is proposed to pay the final dividend on 21 July 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 27 May 2022.

The DCC PLC Board has decided to pay an interim dividend of 55.85 pence per share, which represents a 7.5% increase on the prior year interim dividend of 51.95 pence per share. This dividend will be paid on 10 December 2021 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 19 November 2021.
DDC announce a proposed 12.6% increase in the final dividend which will see the total dividend for the year increase by 10.0%
The DCC Board is proposing a 12.6% increase in the final dividend to 107.85 pence per share, which, when added to the interim dividend of 51.95 pence per share, gives a total dividend for the year of 159.80 pence per share. This represents a 10.0% increase over the total prior year dividend of 145.27 pence per share. The dividend is covered 2.4 times by adjusted earnings per share (2020: 2.5 times). It is proposed to pay the final dividend on 22 July 2021 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 28 May 2021.

The DCC Plc Board has decided to pay an interim dividend of 49.48 pence per share, which represents a 10.0% increase on the prior year interim dividend of 44.98 pence per share. This dividend will be paid on 11 December 2019 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 22 November 2019.
