Clipper Logistics to recommend a final dividend of 7.1p per share
The Clipper Logistics Board is recommending a final dividend of 7.1 pence per share, making a total dividend in respect of the year ended 30 April 2021 of 11.1 pence (2020: 9.7 pence) in line with their progressive dividend policy.
Clipper Logistics announce an interim dividend increased by 14.3% to 4.0 pence per share
In line with Clipper's dividend policy and reflecting the Group's earnings growth, the Board announces an interim dividend of 4.0 pence per share, which will be paid on 4 January 2021 to shareholders on the register at 11 December 2020. This represents an increase of 14.3% (0.5 pence per share) compared to the interim dividend of 3.5 pence paid in January 2020.

The Clipper Logistics Board is recommending a final dividend of 6.2 pence per share, making a total dividend in respect of the year ended 30 April 2020 of 9.7 pence (2019: 9.7 pence).
Clipper Logistics announce an interim dividend increased by 9.4% to 3.5 pence per share
In line with Clipper's dividend policy and reflecting the Group's earnings growth, the Board is pleased to announce an interim dividend of 3.5 pence per share, which will be paid on 6 January 2020 to shareholders on the register at 13 December 2019. This represents an increase of 9.4% (0.3 pence per share) compared to the interim dividend of 3.2 pence paid in January 2019.
Clipper Logistics dividend per share increased by 15.5% to 9.7p
The Clipper Logistics Board is recommending a final dividend of 6.5 pence per share, making a total dividend in respect of the year ended 30 April 2019 of 9.7 pence (2018: 8.4 pence), an increase of 15.5%. The proposed final dividend, if approved by shareholders, will be paid on 23 October 2019 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 20 September 2019.
Clipper Logistics increases its 2018
Group revenue increased by 17.6% from £340.1 million to £400.1 million.
Group EBIT increased by 16.3% from £17.9 million to £20.9 million.
Group profit for the financial year increased by 14.6% from £12.5 million to £14.3 million.
Earnings per share increased by 13.6% to 14.2p (2017: 12.5p).
Cash generated from operations was £24.5 million (2017: £25.7 million).
Dividend per share increased by 16.7% to 8.4p (2017: 7.2p).
