Babcock International Group plc interim dividend of 2.0 pence per ordinary share (HY24: 1.7 pence per share) is payable on Friday 17 January 2025 to shareholders whose names appear on the register at the close of business on Thursday 05 December.
Babcock International Group plc announce dividend reinstated, with a final dividend of 3.3 pence per share
Following a four-year hiatus, Babcock International Group plc Board has reinstated the dividend, and has recommended a final dividend of 3.3 pence per share, taking the total dividend for FY24 to 5.0 pence per share (FY23: nil), in line with their capital allocation priorities set out in FY23 to deliver shareholder value.
Babcock International Group Plc announce interim dividend of 1.7 pence per share
Babcock International Group Plc have announced their plan to reinstate dividends following a four-year hiatus. An interim dividend of 1.7 pence per ordinary share (HY23: nil) is payable on 19 January 2024 to shareholders whose names appear on the register at the close of business on 24 November 2023. Shareholders may participate in the dividend re-investment plan and elections must be made by 28 December 2023.
Babcock International Group announce interim dividend increase to 7.2p
Babcock International Group has received £37.3 million in dividends from its joint ventures (2018: £20.0 million). Cash dividends (including to minorities of £0.6 million) paid out in the year totalled £116.3 million (2018: £115.5 million). The Group expects dividends from its joint ventures to remain stable at around £45 million in 2019/20 and for the next two years before stepping down.
