The Micro Focus International PLC board proposes an interim dividend of 8 cents. The dividend will be paid on 5 August 2022 to shareholders on the register as at 22 July 2022. The dividend will be paid in pounds sterling and the sterling amount payable per share will be fixed and announced approximately two weeks prior to the payment date, based on the average spot exchange rate over the five business days preceding the announcement date.

The Micro Focus International PLC board proposes a final dividend of 20.3 cents, taking total dividend per share to 29.1 cents for the year. The dividend will be paid in Pound Sterling and the sterling amount payable per share will be fixed and announced approximately two weeks prior to the payment date, based on the average spot exchange rate over the five business days preceding the announcement date. Subject to approval by shareholders, the dividend will be paid on 21 April 2022 to shareholders on the register as at 11 March 2022.

This dividend is consistent with dividend policy of five times covered adjusted earnings for the full year, which they intend to pay approximately one third by way of interim and two thirds by way of final dividend.
