Aveva Group announce a final dividend of 24.5 pence
The Aveva Group Directors propose to pay a final dividend of 24.5 pence per share (FY21: 23.5 pence). The final dividend will be payable on 5 August 2022 to shareholders on the register on 8 July 2022.
Aveva Group PLC announce an interim dividend is being increased 4.8% to 13.0p pence per share
Aveva Group PLc have announced an interim dividend of 13.0 pence will be payable on 4 February 2022 to shareholders on the register on 7 January 2022. This represents an increase of 4.8% versus the prior year interim dividend (H1 FY21: 12.4 pence).
AVEVA announce a proposed final dividend of 23.5 pence, representing a small increase versus the prior year after adjusting for the rights issue bonus factor
The AVEVA Directors propose to pay a final dividend of 23.5 pence per share. After adjustment to reflect the bonus element of the Rights Issue, this represents an increase of 1% versus the FY20 final dividend. The final dividend will be payable on 4 August 2021 to shareholders on the register on 9 July 2021.
AVEVA plc announces interim dividend maintained at 15.5 pence per share
AVEVA intends to pay an interim dividend of 15.5 pence per share. The interim dividend will be payable on 5 February 2021 to shareholders on the register on 8 January 2021. If, as expected, the proposed Rights Issue to facilitate the acquisition of OSIsoft has completed prior to the record date of 8 January 2021, then the Rights Issue shares will also be eligible to receive the interim dividend and the proposed dividend per share will be adjusted to reflect the bonus element of the Rights Issue. The revised dividend per share will be notified as soon as this is known.
AVEVA announces a maintained final dividend of 29.0 pence per share
AVEVA's Board intends to maintain a final dividend of 29.0 pence per share at a cost of £46.8 million (FY19: 29.0 pence per share at a cost of £46.8 million). Subject to approval at AVEVA's AGM on 21 July 2020, the final dividend will be payable on 11 August 2020 to shareholders on the register as at 10 July 2020. The Company has not furloughed any employees or made any reductions to headcount related to Covid-19. They also do not expect to utilise any government-backed financing
Aveva interim dividend up 10.7% to 15.5 pence per share
In line with the Aveva Board's progressive dividend policy, AVEVA intends to pay an interim dividend of 15.5 pence per share at a cost of £25.0 million (H1 FY19: 14.0 pence per share at a cost of £22.5 million). The interim dividend will be payable on 7 February 2020 to shareholders on the register on 10 January 2020.
