Dr. Martens plc is a United Kingdom-based company that designs, develops, procures, markets, sells and distributes footwear, under the Dr. Martens brand. The Company operates through three reporting segments: Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Americas and Americas and Asia-Pacific (APAC). Its product categories include Originals, Fusion, Kids, Casual and Accessories. The Originals category comprises boots, shoes and loafers and also included within the Originals category is the Made in England range. The Fusion category comprises platform boots and shoes, sandals, heels and refined take downs of the Originals. Within the Kids category is the mini-me range, which includes Originals, Fusion and Casual collections. It offers various accessories, such as shoe care, laces and socks, leather bags and small leather items. Dr. Martens Plc proposes a final dividend of 0.99p per share The Dr Martens Plc Board has proposed, subject to shareholder approval, a final dividend of 0.99p, taking the total dividend for FY24, including the interim dividend of 1.56p, to 2.55p, a 35% payout ratio. Whilst this is a year-on-year reduction given the higher payout in FY23 and lower earnings achieved this year, the 35% payout for FY24 is at the top of the policy range. The Board's intention is to hold the FY25 dividend flat in absolute terms, before returning to an earnings payout in line with their dividend policy (of 25% to 35% payout) in FY26 onwards.

Dr. Martens Plc announce an interim dividend of 1.56pence per share The Dr.Martens Board has approved and the Company has declared an interim dividend of 1.56p per share (H1 FY23: 1.56p). The interim dividend will be paid to shareholders on the register as at 5 January 2024 with payment on 2 February 2024.

Dr. Martens announces a final dividend of 4.28p Dr. Martens announce a final dividend of 4.28p per share (FY22: 4.28p). This will bring the total interim and final dividend for FY23 to £58.4m (5.84p), and represents an increase of 6% vs FY22, with a payout ratio of 45%. The dividend will be paid to shareholders on the register as at 9 June 2023 with payment on 18 July 2023.

Dr. Martens plc are proposing a final dividend of 4.28p The Dr. Martens Board has approved, and the Company has proposed a final dividend of 4.28p per share (FY21: nil pence). This will bring the total interim and final dividend for FY22 to £55.0m (5.5p), calculated as a 30.4% payout ratio. Subject to approval at the AGM on 14 July 2022, the dividend will be paid to shareholders on the register as at 10 June 2022 with payment on 19 July 2022.

Dr. Martens announce an inaugural interim dividend of 1.22 pence per share The Dr. Martens PLC Board has approved and the Company has declared an interim dividend of 1.22p per share (H1 FY21: nil pence) calculated as a 25% earnings payout which will be paid on 4 February 2022. As previously guided the Board has adopted a progressive dividend policy, taking into account their financial performance, market conditions and their need for financial flexibility. The policy takes into consideration the characteristics of our business, our expectations for future cash flows and their plans for organic investment in innovation and productivity. They intend to pay dividends twice a year following the normal in-year trading profile. The total cost of the declared dividend is £12.2m.
