U and I announce a maintained interim dividend of 2.4 pence per share in line with the Board's previously stated policy Consistent with their previously stated policy, the Board has declared an unchanged interim dividend of 2.4 pence per share, which will be payable on 20 December 2019 to shareholders on the register on 29 November 2019. During H2 they will consider, in conjunction with our shareholders, the Company's preferred method of distributing surpluses to shareholders.
