Palace Capital Plc have proposed final fourth quarter dividend of 3.75 pence per share
The Palace Capital Plc Group paid or declared dividends of 15.0 pence per share in relation to the year ended 31 March 2024 (2023: 15.0 pence per share), including a proposed final fourth quarter dividend of 3.75 pence per share. The fourth quarter final dividend of 3.75 pence per share will be paid, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM being held on 24 July 2024, on 23 August 2024 to shareholders on the register at 26 July 2024. The ex dividend date will be 25 July 2024.

The Palace Capital Group paid or declared dividends of 15.0 pence per share (2022: 13.25 pence per share) in relation to the year ended 31 March 2023, including a proposed final fourth quarter dividend of 3.75 pence per share. Palace Capital announce an interim dividend of 3pence per ordinary share
Palace Capital is to announce that it will pay a quarterly dividend, in respect of the three months ended 30 June 2021 of 3 pence per ordinary share. The entire dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution.
Palace Capital announce a 20% increase to a proposed final quarter dividend, rising to 3.0p and bringing total dividends paid for the year to 10.5p
Despite the uncertain economic environment, the Palace Capital Board made the decision to reinstate continuous quarterly dividends in the year as a result of the strong rent collection and the strength of the Group's balance sheet. Subsequently, the Board is recommending a final quarterly dividend of 3.0p per share to be paid 5 August 2021 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 2 July 2021. The full year dividend, when taking account of the quarterly dividends paid in October 2020, December 2020 and April 2021, will total 10.5p, representing a 4.4% yield on the share price at 31 March 2021 and ensuring the dividend is covered by earnings by 1.6x. They expect the final dividend to be the minimum level of dividend to be paid to shareholders each quarter for the year ending 31 March 2022.
Palace Capital announces a 4.75 pence per ordinary share quarterly dividend
Palace Capital (LSE: PCA), the UK REIT that has a diversified portfolio of UK regional commercial real estate in carefully selected locations outside of London, has announced that it will pay a quarterly dividend, in respect of the three months ended 31 December 2019, of 4.75 pence per ordinary share on 9 April 2020 to shareholders on the register as at 20 March 2020. The dividend payment will comprise a Property Income Distribution (PID) of 2.50 pence, with 2.25 pence paid as an ordinary dividend (Non-PID).
