Helical Plc announce a final dividend proposed of 8.70p per share, an increase of 5.5%
The Helical Plc Board will be recommending to Shareholders a final dividend of 8.70p per share, an increase of 5.5% on last year. If approved by Shareholders at the 2023 AGM, the total dividend for the year will be 11.75p, up 5.4% on 2022.
Helical Plc announce an interim dividend increased by 5.2% to 3.05p per share
The Helical Board has approved a 5.2% increase in the interim dividend to 3.05p per share (2021: 2.90p).
Helical PLC announce a final dividend proposed of 8.25p per share
The Helical plc Board will be recommending to Shareholders a final dividend of 8.25p per share, an increase of 11.5% on last year (7.40p). If approved by Shareholders at the 2022 AGM, the total dividend for the year will be 11.15p, up 10.4% on 2021.

Helical PLC have announced an interim dividend of 2.90 pence per share (30 September 2020: 2.70p per share) which was approved by the Board on 23 November 2021 and will be paid on 31 December 2021 to Shareholders on the register on 3 December 2021. This interim dividend, amounting to £3,547,000, has not been included as a liability as at 30 September 2021.

The Helical Board is proposing a return to the level of dividends paid in respect of the year to 31 March 2019 and will be recommending to Shareholders a final dividend of 7.40p per share, an increase of 23.3% on last year (6.00p). If approved by Shareholders at the 2021 AGM, the total dividend for the year will be 10.10p, up 16.1% on 2020.

Helical Plc announce interim dividend declaration of 2.70p per share, up 3.8%
Helical follows a progressive dividend policy of increasing its dividends whilst retaining the majority of funds generated for investment to grow the business. As the Group completes and lets its current development programme, it expects to be able to reflect the growth in earnings in increased dividends paid to Shareholders. The Company has proposed an interim dividend of 2.70p, an increase of 3.8% on the previous period (2018: 2.60p).
