Ground Rents Income Fund plc is a United Kingdom-based closed-ended real estate investment trust. The Company operates through the collection of ground rent from its investment properties segment. The Company’s investment objective is to provide secure, long-term, inflation-protected returns through investment in long-dated United Kingdom residential and commercial ground rents. Its investments also have the potential for capital growth, linked to contractual increases in ground rents over the long term. The Company invests in a diversified portfolio of ground rents, including freeholds and head leases of residential, retail and commercial properties located in the United Kingdom. Its geographic spread of the portfolio includes North East, North West, London, Midlands, South West, South East and Wales. Schroder Real Estate Investment Management Limited is an investment manager of the Company.
