Capital & Counties Properties was demerged from Liberty International, now Capital Shopping Centres Group, in May 2010. It is one of the largest listed central London focussed investment and development companies, with investment properties mainly in west London and the West End. It owns the Covent Garden central plaza and wants to redevelop its Earls Court & Olympia exhibition facilities.

Capital & Counties Properties Plc has declared an interim dividend of 0.8 pence per share (30 June 2021: 0.5 pence per share). The interim dividend will be paid as a PID on 19 September 2022 to shareholders on the register at 26 August 2022.
Capital and Counties reinstatement of dividend distribution with proposed interim dividend of 0.5 pence per share
The Capital and Counties Properties Board has proposed an interim dividend of 0.5 pence per share to be paid on 23 September 2021 to shareholders on the register at 27 August 2021. Subject to SARB approval, the Board intends to offer a scrip alternative. The dividend will comprise 0.25 pence in the form of a PID and 0.25 pence of ordinary dividend.
