Segro Plc announce an interim dividend increased by 7.4 per cent to 8.7 pence
SEGRO Board has declared an increase in the interim dividend of 0.6 pence per share to 8.7 pence (H1 2022: 8.1 pence), a rise of 7.4 per cent. This will be paid as a Property Income Distribution (PID) on 22 September 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 9 August 2023.
Segro PLC announce for 2022 a full year dividend increased 8.2 per cent to 26.3 pence and a final dividend increased by 7.7 per cent to 18.2 pence
The Segro Plc Board has concluded that it is appropriate to recommend an increase in the final dividend per share by 1.3 pence to 18.2 pence (2021: 16.9 pence) which will be paid as an ordinary dividend. The Board’s recommendation is subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, in which event the final dividend will be paid on 4 May 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 17 March 2023.

The Segro plc Board has declared an increase in the interim dividend of 0.7 pence per share to 8.1 pence (H1 2021: 7.4 pence), a rise of 9.5 per cent. This will be paid as an ordinary dividend on 23 September 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 12 August 2022.
Segro PLC 2021 full year dividend increased 10 per cent to 24.3 pence
The Segro PLC Board is to recommend a final dividend for 2021 of 16.9 pence which is estimated to result in a distribution of up to £203 million. The total dividend paid and proposed per share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2021 is 24.3 pence (2020: 22.1 pence).

Segro PLc announces a 2020 full year dividend increased by 6.8 per cent to 22.1 pence (2019: 20.7 pence). Final dividend increased by 5.6 per cent to 15.2 pence (2019: 14.4 pence).
Segro announces an interim dividend increased by 9.5 per cent to 6.9 pence
The Segro Board has previously guided that the interim dividend will be set at one-third of the previous year's total dividend. As a result, and consistent with this guidance, the Board has declared an increase in the interim dividend of 0.6 pence per share to 6.9 pence (H1 2019: 6.3 pence), a rise of 9.5 per cent. The Board currently expects to follow its existing policy of targeting a pay-out ratio of 85 to 95 per cent of Adjusted profit after tax when considering the full year 2020 dividend.

Strong operating and portfolio performance reflects the active management of our assets, positive market dynamics and the strategic repositioning of our portfolio, which is now almost exclusively focused on industrial and logistics properties. Occupier and investor appetite for modern warehouses in prime locations continues to be underpinned by a favourable macro-economic environment, limited supply of new space and structural changes in the nature of consumer demand towards online and convenience retailing. Retailers, parcel delivery companies and third party logistics providers are responding to these changes by restructuring their supply chains, in which modern storage and distribution warehouses in the right places play a vital role.
