Land Securities Group announce a total dividend up 2.2% to 18.6p per share
The Land Securites Board has declared a second interim dividend of 9.4p per ordinary share to be payable wholly as an ordinary dividend (2023: 9.2p) on 8 January 2025 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 29 November 2024.
Land Securities Group Plc declares a second interim dividend of 9.2p per ordinary share to be payable to shareholders
On 6 October 2023, the Land Securities Group Plc paid a first interim dividend in respect of the current financial year of 9.0p per ordinary share (2022: 8.6p), wholly as a Property Income Distribution (PID), representing £67m in total (2022: £64m).

The Land Securities Board has declared a second interim dividend of 9.0p per ordinary share to be payable wholly as a PID (2021: 8.5p) on 3 January 2023 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 24 November 2022.

Land Securities PLC are proposing a final dividend for the year of 9.0p per share which, together with interim dividends already paid, makes for total dividends of 27.0p per share for the full year.
Land Securities announce a reinstated dividend of 12.0p per share
One of the first steps Land Securities took to manage the effects of Covid-19 was to suspend dividend payments in April in order to conserve cash in the face of significant uncertainty. Over the subsequent six months, they claim to have seen trading conditions, particularly in terms of rent collection and outlook, begin to improve and consequently they are pleased to be reinstating our dividend alongside these interim results. They are resuming quarterly dividends commencing with a 12.0p per share payment on 4 January 2021, representing an aggregated payment for the first two quarters of the year.
Land Securities announce first half dividend up 2.7% to 23.2p per share
Land Securities will be paying a second quarterly dividend of 11.6p per share on 3 January 2020 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 29 November 2019. This will be paid wholly as a Property Income Distribution. Taken together with the first quarterly dividend of 11.6p per share, paid wholly as a Property Income Distribution on 4 October 2019, their first half dividend will be 23.2p per share (six months ended 30 September 2018: 22.6p per share), representing an increase of 2.7% and a total payment of £172m (six months ended 30 September 2018: £167m).
