The Hammerson PLC Board has declared an interim dividend of 0.756p pence per share
The Hammerson PLC Board declared an interim dividend in respect of 2024 of 0.756p pence per share, up 5% year-on-year and a payout ratio of 76% reflecting the Board's confidence in future earnings growth and which will be paid as a PID. The Board intends to increase the policy payout ratio from its current policy of 60-70% to 80-85% following the completion of the sale of Value Retail. The dividend declaration will be released as a separate announcement.
Hammerson PLC have declared a cash dividend of 0.2 pence per share
The Hammerson Board has declared a cash dividend of 0.2 pence share. The Board remains committed to meeting its UK REIT and French SIIC obligations. As previously announced, until December 2022, they expect to satisfy these by way of an enhanced scrip dividend alternative. The Board has declared a cash dividend of 0.2 pence per share. Subject to shareholder approval the Board intends to pay an enhanced scrip dividend alternative of 2 pence per share as a normal (non PID) dividend.
Hammerson announce final 2019 dividend of 14.8p and full year 2019 dividend of 25.9p, in line with 2018
The Hammerson plc Directors have proposed a final dividend of 14.8 pence per share. Together with the interim dividend of 11.1 pence, the total for 2019 is 25.9 pence, consistent with 2018.
