Polymetal International Plc have announced a final dividend of US$ 0.52 per share
Polymetal International Plc have announced a final dividend of US$ 0.52 per share (2020: US$ 0.89 per share) or approx. US$ 246 million in total representing 50% of the Group's underlying net earnings for 2H 2021 has been proposed by the Board in accordance with Polymetal's dividend policy. This brings the total dividend declared for the FY 2021 to US$ 0.97 per share (2020: US$ 1.29 per share) or approx. US$ 459 million (2020: US$ 608 million).Â
Polymetal international PLC announce an interim dividend of US$ 0.45 per share
An interim dividend of US$ 0.45 per share  (1H 2020: US$ 0.40 per share) representing 50% of the Group's underlying net earnings for 1H 2021 has been approved by the Polymetal International Board in accordance with the dividend policy. A final dividend for 2020 of US$ 0.89 per share (total of US$ 421 million) was paid in May 2021.
Polymental International announce a final dividend of 0.89 US cent per share
In view of the strong balance sheet and underlying business performance in 2020, the Polymetal International Board has proposed a final dividend of US$ 0.89 per share (approx. US$ 419 million), which includes US$ 0.74 per share representing 50% of underlying net earnings for the 2H 2020 and a discretionary payment of US$ 0.15 per share adjusting the total dividend for 2020 for 100% of free cash flow for the FY 2020, in accordance with Polymetal's revised dividend policy. This will bring the total dividend declared for FY 2020 to US$ 608 million (2019: US$ 385 million), which represents US$ 1.29 per share, up 57% compared to US$ 0.82 per share in 2019.
Polymetal International announce a final dividend of US$ 0.42 per share
A final dividend of US$ 0.42 per share (2018: US$ 0.31 per share) or approx. US$ 197 million in total representing 50% of the Group's underlying net earnings for 2H 2019 has been proposed by the Board in accordance with the dividend policy while staying remaining within the Net Debt/Adjusted EBITDA target of 1.5x and significantly below the hard ceiling ratio of less than 2.5x.
