Euromoney Institutional have declared an interim dividend 6.1p pence per share
The Euromoney Institutional Investors Board has declared an interim dividend of 6.1p per share, a 7% increase year-on-year (H1 2021: 5.7p) reflecting the strong balance sheet, cash generative nature of the business and confidence in the future. Their dividend policy is to pay out approximately 40% of full year adjusted diluted earnings per share, subject to the capital needs of the business. The interim dividend is one third of the prior year's total dividend. The dividend will be paid on 24 June 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 27 May 2022.

The Euromoney Institutional Board has declared an interim dividend of 5.7p per share (H1 2020: no dividend) reflecting the strong balance sheet, cash generative nature of the business and confidence in the future. This follows the final dividend for the financial year 2020 of 11.4 pence per share. Their dividend policy is to pay out approximately 40% of full year adjusted diluted earnings per share, subject to the capital needs of the business.
Euromoney announces a return to paying dividends
In recognition of the strong balance sheet and confidence in the business, the Euromoney Board has decided to resume dividend payments and recommend a final dividend for the financial year 2020 of 11.4 pence per share. (2019: 22.3 pence per share). The dividend policy is to pay out approximately 40% of adjusted diluted earnings per share, subject to the capital needs of the business. This recommendation is subject to shareholder approval at the AGM on 11 February 2021 and, if approved, will be paid on 16 February 2021 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 27 November 2020. The Board chose not to declare an interim dividend, so the total dividend for the year ended 30 September 2020 is 11.4 pence per share, (2019: 33.1 pence dividend).
Euromoney announce total dividend up 2%
Euromoney's dividend policy targets a dividend pay-out ratio of approximately 40% of adjusted diluted earnings per share, with the half year dividend based on 33% of the previous year's total dividend, subject to the capital needs of the Group. The Directors are recommending a final dividend of 22.3 pence per share, which is subject to Shareholder approval at our AGM on 28 January 2020 and, if approved, will be paid on 13 February 2020 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 29 November 2019. Together with the interim dividend, this makes a total dividend for the year ended 30 September 2019 of 33.1 pence per share, a 2% increase on the 32.5 pence dividend for the year ended 30 September 2018.
