Me Group International announce an interim dividend up 16.2% to 3.45 pence per Ordinary Share
Me Group International announce an interim dividend up 16.2% to 3.45 pence per Ordinary Share, which will be paid at the end of November, will return £13.0 million to shareholders. The Group's policy is to pay annual dividends in excess of 55% of annual profits, subject to market and capital requirements.
ME Group International Plc announce final dividend of 4.42pence per share
The ME Group International Plc Board has recommended a final dividend for the year ended 31 October 2023 of 4.42 pence per Ordinary share ("Final Dividend") amounting to £16.6 million. Combined with the Interim Dividend, this brings the total dividend for the year ended 31 October 2023 to 7.39 pence per Ordinary share (£27.9 million).
The ME Group International Plc Board has Declared a Final Dividend of 3.00 Pence per Ordinary Share
In July, the Board announced that it was adopting a distribution policy under which, for the foreseeable future, it will pay annual dividends in excess of 50% of its annual profits after tax subject to market and capital requirements. This total will be split between interim dividends (1/3) (generally to be paid in the month of November) and final dividends (2/3) (generally to be paid in the month of May).
Photo-Me announce an interim dividend of 2.6pence per share
The Photo-Me Board has declared an interim dividend for the six-month period ended 30 April of 2.6 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Interim Dividend"), payable on 3 November 2022 to shareholders on the register at 14 October 2022, the ex-dividend date being 13 October 2022.
Photo-Me announce an interim dividend maintained at 3.71 pence per Ordinary share, in line with the stated dividend policy
The Photo-Me Board is declaring a maintained interim dividend of 3.71 pence per Ordinary Share (H1 2019: 3.71 pence per share). This is line with the Board's intention to maintain a total dividend of 8.44 pence per ordinary share for the current financial year ending 30 April 2020.
