Ferrexpo PLC has declared an interim dividend of 13.2 US cents per Ordinary Share in respect of the 2022 financial year.
Ferrexpo announce an interim dividend of 39.6 US cents per share
Ferrexpo is to announce an interim dividend of 39.6 US cents per Ordinary Share payable on 26 August 2021 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 13 August 2021. The ex-dividend date will be 12 August 2021. All dividends are paid in UK Pounds Sterling, with an election to receive in US Dollars.
Ferrexpo PLC announce a final dividend 39.6 US Cents
In respect of the strong operational and financial performance in 2020, coupled with transition to net cash position and continued healthy iron ore prices, Ferrexpo have announced a further special interim dividend is being proposed of 39.6 US cents. Total dividends paid in respect of 2020 amount to 72.6 US cents (2019: 19.8 US cents).

The dividend announced today by Ferrexpo follows the special interim dividend of 6.6 US cents announced in June, as well as the interim dividend of 6.6 US cents announced alongside the Company's Interim Results last month, and brings the total distributions announced in respect of this year to 19.8 US cents (FY 2019: 13.2 US cents).

Ferrexpo has reduced gross debt to US$343 million and increased cash to US$169 million. As a result of the strong cash flow and resulting liquidity position, the Group has announced a further interim dividend of 6.6 US cents per Ordinary Share payable on 26 August 2020 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 14 August 2020. The ex-dividend date will be 13 August 2020. All dividends are paid in UK Pounds Sterling, with an election to receive in US Dollars.
Ferrexpo have decided to defer their decision on their final dividend
Ferrexpo has total dividends declared for the 2019 financial year that amount to 13.2 US cents per share (2018: 23.1 US cents per share). The Board is committed to dividends and intends to consider a potential final ordinary and/or special dividend for the 2019 financial year once the general market situation and the effect of the COVID-19 virus has become clearer. Overall, in 2019 the Group paid out dividends of US$155 million, a 60% increase compared to 2018 (US$97 million), and has paid US$40 million so far in 2020.
