Vitec PLC announce an Interim dividend of 11.0p
The Vitec Board has declared an interim dividend of 11.0 pence per share (H1 2020: nil, H1 2019: 12.3p). The dividend will be paid on Friday, 29 October 2021 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on Friday, 24 September 2021. The Board's objective is for a progressive and sustainable dividend and believes it is appropriate for the Group to target a total dividend cover of 2.0-2.5 times adjusted EPS. The Company has sufficient distributable reserves to cover future dividend payments for a number of years.
Virtec PLC announce they are resuming dividend payments with a proposed final dividend of 4.5p per share
The Vitec Board recommends the resumption of dividends. A total dividend of 4.5 pence per share amounting to £2.1 million (2019: 12.3 pence per share, amounting to £5.6 million), subject to shareholder approval at the 2021 Annual General Meeting, will be paid on Friday, 14 May 2021 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on Friday, 23 April 2021. The Board's objective is for a growing and sustainable dividend and believes it is appropriate for the Group to target a future dividend cover of 2.0-2.5 times underlying EPS, subject inter alia to maintaining a strong financial position.
Vitec announce a total dividend up 5.4% to 39.0p per share, dividend cover at 2.1 times
The Vitec Board has recommended a final dividend of 26.7 pence per share amounting to £12.2 million (2018: 25.5 pence per share, amounting to £11.5 million). The final dividend, subject to shareholder approval at the 2020 Annual General Meeting, will be paid on Friday, 29 May 2020 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on Friday, 24 April 2020.
