Spirax-Sarco Engineering has declared a final dividend of 114.0 pence
The Spirax-Sarco Engineering Board has declared a final dividend of 114.0 pence (2022: 109.5 pence) per ordinary share, bringing the total dividend for the year to 160.0 pence. The total dividend for 2023 represents 5% growth compared to 2022, reflecting their confidence in the Group's business model, strategy and medium to long-term prospects extending our track record of dividend progress to 56 years.
Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc announce an interim dividend up 8% to 46.0 pence
The Spirax-Sarco Engineering Board has declared an interim dividend of 46.0 pence (2022: 42.5 pence) per ordinary share, an increase of 8%, reflecting confidence in the medium and long-term outlook for the Group. This growth in the interim dividend follows an increase of 12% in the total dividend in respect of 2022.
Spirax-Sarco Engineering PLC announce a final dividend of 109.5p per share
The Spirax-Sarco Engineering PLC Directors are proposing the payment of a final dividend of 109.5 pence per share, an increase of 12% (2021: 97.5 pence). Subject to approval of the final dividend by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 10th May 2023, the total Ordinary dividend for the year will be 152.0 pence per share, an increase of 12% over the 136.0 pence per share for the prior year.
Spirax-Sarco plc announce an interim dividend up 10% to 42.5 pence
The Spirax-Sarco Engineering Board has declared an interim dividend of 42.5 pence (2021: 38.5 pence) per ordinary share, an increase of 10%. This growth in the interim dividend follows an increase of 15% in the total dividend in respect of 2021. The dividend will be paid on 11th November 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 14th October 2022. The final dividend of 97.5 pence per share in respect of 2021 was paid on 20th May 2022 at a cash cost of £71.9 million.
Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc recommends a final dividend of 97.5p per share
The Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc Board is recommending an increase in the final dividend of 15% to 97.5 pence per share (2020: 84.5 pence). Subject to approval of the final dividend by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 11th May 2022, the total Ordinary dividend for the year will be 136.0 pence per share, an increase of 15% over the 118.0 pence per share for the prior year.
Spirax Sarco Engineering PLC announce an interim dividend up by 15% to 38.5 pence, following 7% total increase in 2020
The Spirax Sarco Board has declared an interim dividend of 38.5 pence (2020: 33.5 pence) per ordinary share, an increase of 15%. This growth in the interim dividend follows an increase of 7% in the total dividend in respect of 2020. The dividend will be paid on 12th November 2021 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 14thOctober 2021. The final dividend of 84.5 pence per share in respect of 2020 was paid on 21st May 2021 at a cash cost of £62.3 million.

The Spirax Sarco Board is recommending an increase in the final dividend of 8% to 84.5 pence per share (2019: 78.0 pence). Subject to approval of the final dividend by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 12th May 2021, the total Ordinary dividend for the year will be 118.0 pence per share, an increase of 7% over the 110.0 pence per share for the prior year.

The final dividend of 78.0 pence per share in respect of 2019 was paid on 22nd May 2020 at a cash cost of £57.5 million.
