IMI plc announce a proposed final dividend of 19.2p, increased by 10%
The IMI Plc Board is recommending a 2023 final dividend of 19.2p per share (2022: 17.4p per share). Payment will be made on 17 May 2024 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 5 April 2024.
IMI plc announce an interim dividend of 9.1p per share
The IMI plc Board is recommending a 2023 interim dividend of 9.1p per share (2022: 8.3p per share). Payment will be made on 15 September 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 11 August 2023.
IMI PLC announce a proposed final dividend of 17.4p, increased by 10%
The IMI PLC Board is recommending a 2022 final dividend of 17.4p per share (2021: 15.8p per share), resulting in a proposed final dividend increase of 10%. Payment will be made on 12 May 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 11 April 2023.
IMI announce an interim of 8.3p per share
The IMI Board is recommending a 2022 interim dividend of 8.3p per share (2021: 7.9p per share). Payment will be made on 16 September 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 12 August 2022.
IMI PLC announce an interim dividend increased by 5% to 7.9pence per share
The IMI Board is recommending a 2021 interim dividend of 7.9p per share (2020: 7.5p per share). Payment will be made on 17 September 2021 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 13 August 2021.
IMI PLC announces a 15pence per share final dividend
Reflecting a decision to reset dividend cover to a level that enables IMI to more effectively deliver on its long-term growth ambitions, the IMI PLC Board is recommending a final dividend of 15.0p (2019: 26.2p) making a total dividend for the year of 22.5p, a decrease versus last year's 41.1p.
IMI group plc announce a final dividend increased by 1%, making a 1% increase for the full year
Reflecting the continued confidence in the Group's prospects, as well as our ambition to build dividend cover, the Board is recommending that the final dividend is increased by 1% to 26.2p (2018: 26.0p) making a total dividend for the year of 41.1p, an increase of 1% over last year's 40.6p.
IMI declares 2% increase in dividend
Reflecting continued confidence in the Group's prospects, the Board is recommending that the interim dividend be increased by 2% to 14.9p (2018: 14.6p), which will be paid on 13 September 2019 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 9 August 2019.
