Vistry Group Plc Board Recommending Final Ordinary Dividend of 32 Pence per Share
The Group has stated a dividend expectation of two times earnings cover. In line with this policy, the Group is proposing to distribute 50% of the full year Adjusted Net Earnings of £324.7m as dividends. Total interim dividend payments of £50.1m were made in November 2022. The proposed final dividend payments total £112.2m and represent a final dividend per share of 32p (2021: 40p). Total dividend payments in respect of the financial year 2021 were £133.1m. Subject to AGM approval, the final dividend will be paid on 1 June 2023.
Vistry Group is to announce an Interim dividend of 23 pence per share
Vistry Group Plc announce a final dividend of 40 pence per share for the 2021 financial year which was paid on 24 May 2022 to holders of ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on 7 April 2022. Total ordinary dividends for the year are expected to be 70 pence per share (2021: 60 pence)
Vistry PLC announce an Interim dividend of 20 pence per share
The Vistry Board determined on 7 September 2021 that a dividend of 20 pence will be paid for the first half of 2021. A final dividend of 20 pence per share was paid on 21 May 2021 in respect of 2020 following approval by shareholders at the AGM.
Vistry PLC announce a resumed final dividend of 20pence per share
The Vistry Board confirms the resumption of dividend payments with a 20 pence per share final dividend proposed in respect of 2020. Going forward the group is targeting to maintain a strong balance sheet while operating with a progressive dividend policy which allows the Group to move towards a 1.75x dividend cover over time.
