Hargreaves Lansdown announce a Total Ordinary dividend up 4.0% at 43.2 pence per share
The Hargeaves Lansdown Board has proposed an increased dividend of 30.0 pence per share (2023: 28.8 pence per share) payable on 1 November 2024 to shareholders on the register on 4 October 2024. This takes the total ordinary dividend per share for the year to 43.2p (2023: 41.5p).

The Hargreaves Lansdown Plc Board has declared an interim dividend of 13.2 pence per share in line with their guidance of a 4% increase on H1 2023.
Hargreaves Lansdown announce an ordinary dividend up 4.5% at 41.5 pence per share
The Board has declared an increase in the total ordinary dividend of 4.5% taking the ordinary dividend per share to 41.50 pence (2022: 39.7 pence per share of ordinary dividend). The ordinary dividend is made up of an interim dividend of 12.70 pence per share that was paid on 31 March 2023 (2022: 12.26 pence per share) and a final ordinary dividend of 28.8 pence per share (2022: 27.44 pence per share). Subject to shareholder approval of the final ordinary dividend at the 2023 AGM, the final dividend will be paid on 15 December 2023 to all shareholders on the register at the close of business on 17 November 2023.

Hargreaves Lansdown PLC announce an interim dividend up 3% to 12.26 pence per share
The Hargreaves Lansdown PLC Board has declared an ordinary interim dividend of 12.26 pence per share, up 3% on the 11.9p per share declared last year. Through FY22 and FY23 they will fund the planned investment spend, in part, through the suspension of their special dividend but will reinstate it from FY24 onwards. They are to maintain a 3% p.a. growth rate in their ordinary dividend for FY22 and FY23 whilst the special dividend is suspended, reflecting the confidence the Board and management have in the company's financial and strategic outlook.
Hargreaves announce a total dividend down 8% at 50.5 pence per share
Hargreaves Lansdown has a progressive ordinary dividend policy. The Board considers the dividend on a total basis, with the intention of maintaining the ordinary dividend payout ratio at around 65% across the market cycle and looking to return excess cash to shareholders in the form of a special dividend after the year end. Any such return will be determined according to market conditions and after taking account of the Group's growth, investment and regulatory capital requirements at the time.

The Board remains committed to paying special dividends when sufficient excess cash and capital exist after taking account of the Group's growth, investment and regulatory capital requirements at the time.
Hargreaves Lansdown declares a total dividend of 42.0p per share
The Board of Hargreaves Lansdown has declared a 2019 total ordinary dividend of 33.7 pence per share (2018: 32.2p), 5% ahead of last year. This is in line with EPS growth and maintains the ordinary dividend payout ratio at 65%. In addition, the Board has declared a special dividend of 8.3 pence per share (2018: 7.8p). The 2019 total dividend of 42.0 pence per share (2018: 40.0p) is up 5% and results in a total dividend payout ratio of 80.6% (2018: 80.6%). Subject to shareholder approval of the final dividend at the 2019 AGM, the final and special dividends will be paid on 18 October 2019 to all shareholders on the register at the close of business on 27 September 2019.
