About Mondi
Paper and packaging group Mondi was spun-off from miner Anglo American in July 2007. The group has two primary businesses - Packaging and Business Paper. Its Business paper division produces office paper while the Packaging arm creates and distributes packaging products, such as bags, to various industries.
Mondi Dividends:
Mondi intends to pursue a dividend policy that reflects its strategy of disciplined and value creating investment and growth with the aim of offering shareholders long-term dividend growth. The Group will target a dividend cover range of two to three times on average over the cycle, although the payout ratio in each year will vary in accordance with the business cycle. The payment of dividends will be conditional on the Group having sufficient distributable reserves. Ordinary dividends paid by Mondi plc will generally be paid in Euros and ordinary dividends paid by Mondi Limited will generally be paid in rand.
The directors intend that the final and interim dividends will generally be paid in May and September in the approximate proportions of two-thirds (final dividend) and one-third (interim)

Mondi announce an interim dividend of 23.33 euro cents per share
Mondi announce an interim ordinary dividend for the year ending 31 December 2024 of 23.33 euro cents per ordinary share will be paid on Friday 27 September 2024 to those shareholders on the register of Mondi plc on Friday 23 August 2024. The dividend will be paid from distributable reserves of Mondi plc, as presented in the annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023. The interim ordinary dividend is not recognised as a liability at 30 June 2024.

Mondi announce an interim dividend of 23.33 euro cents per share has been declared (H1 2022: 21.67 euro cents per share). The Group has a strong financial position and strong cash generation providing the opportunity to pursue both organic and inorganic growth projects alongside the payment of an ordinary dividend.
Mondi have announced a recommended full year dividend of 70.0 euro cents per share
The Mondi Board is recommending a final dividend for 2022 of 15.9p per ordinary share (2021: 15.2p per ordinary share), resulting in a total dividend of 20.6p per ordinary share (2021: 19.5p per ordinary share). The total dividend represents a year-over-year increase of 5.6% and the final dividend will be paid on 19 May 2023 to shareholders on the register on 11 April 2023.

An interim dividend of 21.67 euro cents per share has been declared by Mondi, up 8% year-on-year. The Group has a strong financial position, with net debt to underlying EBITDA of 0.8 times at 30 June 2022, providing the strategic flexibility to pursue further organic growth projects, M&A opportunities and/or additional shareholder distributions, in line with their long-established capital allocation framework.

The Mondi plc Board has recommended an increase in the final 2021 dividend to 45.00 euro cents per share. The final dividend, together with the interim dividend, amount to a total dividend for the year of 65.00 euro cents per share, an increase of 8% on the 2020 total dividend.
