About Finsbury Food Group Plc

Finsbury Food Group Plc is a United Kingdom-based bakery manufacturer. The Company is engaged in producing a range of cake and bread products to serve the United Kingdom retail and foodservice markets. The Company's segments include UK bakery and overseas. The UK bakery segment manufactures and sells bakery products to United Kingdom grocery and foodservice sectors. It consists of approximately six subsidiaries, all of which manufacture and supply food products through various channels. The overseas segment procures and sells bakery products to European grocery and foodservice sectors. It consists of Lightbody Europe and Ultraeuropa. Ultraeuropa has manufacturing facilities in Poland where it manufactures and sells Free From bakery products into the European markets. Its bread, morning goods and cakes include specialty breads, buns and rolls and celebration cakes. Kara Foodservice is its own foodservice brand. Its licensed brands include Mars, Thorntons, BOSH!, Mary Berry and Diageo.
