Record plc (Record) is a United Kingdom-based company, which is engaged in the provision of currency management services. The Company's suite of products is divided in two categories: Currency Hedging and Currency for Return products. It also offers solutions to individual client requirements. Its Currency Hedging mandates are primarily risk reducing in nature. Its suite of Hedging products includes Passive Hedging and Dynamic Hedging. Its Currency for Return mandates are return seeking in nature. The range includes five Currency for Return strategies being Active Forward Rate Bias (FRB), FRB Index, Emerging Market, Momentum and Value, and these strategies can be offered in either a segregated or pooled fund structure. The Company's clients are institutions, including pension funds, charities, foundations, endowments, and family offices, as well as other fund managers and corporate clients. The Record Plc Board has declared an interim dividend of 2.15 pence per share in respect of the six-month period to 30 September 2024 (H1 FY24: 2.15 pence)
Record Plc announce a final ordinary dividend proposed of 2.45p per share
Record Plc Board is recommending a final ordinary dividend of 2.45 pence per share (FY‑23: 2.45 pence) with the full-year ordinary dividend at 4.60 pence per share (FY‑23: 4.50 pence), representing a 2.2% increase in the ordinary dividend and an ordinary payout ratio of 82% of underlying earnings. The interim dividend of 2.15 pence was paid on 22 December 2023, and the final ordinary dividend of 2.45 pence will be paid on 2 August 2024 to shareholders on the register at 12 July 2024, subject to shareholder approval.
Record Plc announce an interim dividend increased by 5% to 2.15 pence per share
in line with the Record Plc Board's capital and dividend policies targeted at sustained and progressive dividend growth, the Group will pay an increased interim dividend of 2.15 pence per share in respect of the six-month period (H1-23: 2.05 pence). This will equate to a distribution of £4.3 million (H1-23: £3.9 million), following which the business will retain cash and money market instruments on the balance sheet, which are significantly in excess of financial resource requirements required for regulatory purposes.

The Record PLC Board is recommending a final ordinary dividend of 1.80 pence per share (2021: 1.15 pence) with the full-year ordinary dividend at 3.60 pence per share (2021: 2.30 pence), representing a 57% increase in the ordinary dividend and an ordinary payout ratio of 80% of earnings. The interim dividend of 1.80 pence was paid on 30 December 2021, and the final ordinary dividend of 1.80 pence will be paid on 9 August 2022 to shareholders on the register at 1 July 2022, subject to shareholder approval.
