TClarke Plc proposes a final dividend of 4.525p
The TClarke Plc Directors are proposing a final dividend of 4.525p (2022: 4.1p) per ordinary share totalling £2.4 million (2022: £1.8m). The dividend has not been accrued at the reporting date.

TClarke Plc announced an interim dividend of 1.375p (2022: 1.250p) per Ordinary share (post placing) totalling £0.7m (2022: £0.5m). A final dividend of 4.1p (2022: 4.1p) per Ordinary share was paid during the year relating the previous year's results.
TClarke Plc are Proposing a 2022 Final Dividend of 4.1p per Share
TClarke are fully committed to a progressive dividend policy while at the same time balancing the interests and needs of all stakeholders. They are proposing a 2022 final dividend of 4.1p per share (2021: 4.1p), which together with the interim dividend of 1.25p paid in October 2022 brings the full 2022 dividend to 5.35p per share (2021: 4.85p), an increase of 10.3%.
TClarke announce a final dividend of 3.65pence per share
The TClarke Board is proposing a final dividend of 3.65p (2019: 3.65p), maintaining the 2019 dividend level. Total dividend for the year therefore remains at 4.4p (2019: 4.4p). The dividend is covered 2.2 times by underlying earnings. TClarke recognises that many of its shareholders invest for dividends.
TClarke has proposed a final dividend of 3.65p, with the total dividend for the year increasing by 10% to 4.4p. The dividend is covered four times by underlying earnings. The increase in dividends is in line with TClarke's progressive dividend policy.
The TClarke Directors are proposing a final dividend of 3.65p (2018: 3.34p) per ordinary share totalling £1.6 million (2018: £1.4 million). Subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting, the final dividend will be paid on 22nd May 2020 to shareholders on the register as at 24th April 2020. The shares will go ex-dividend on 23rd April 2020. This dividend has not been accrued at the balance sheet date. A dividend reinvestment plan is available to shareholders.
