Marshalls Plc declared an interim dividend of 2.6 pence per share
The Marshalls Plc Board has declared an interim dividend of 2.6 pence per share, which is 54 per cent lower than 2022 (5.7 pence). This reflects the weaker financial performance of the business and the application of the Group's dividend policy to maintain two times cover of adjusted profit after taxation and pay one third of the expected full year dividend at the interim stage. The dividend will be paid on 1 December 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 20 October 2023. The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 19 October 2023.

Marshalls Group announce an interim dividend of 5.7 pence per share
Marshalls Group have declared an interim dividend of 5.7 pence per share which represents an increase of 21 per cent compared with the prior year comparative. The dividend will be paid on 1 December 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 21 October 2022. The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 20 October 2022.

The Marshalls Group PLC have maintained a progressive dividend policy of two times dividend cover over the business cycle. The aim of this policy is to increase returns for shareholders.
Marshalls PLC announce an interim dividend of 4.70 pence
Due to the impact of COVID-19, the Marshalls Board did not declare an interim dividend in 2020. However, the payment of dividends continues to be a key priority for capital allocation and a final dividend of 4.30 pence per share for the year ended 31 December 2020 was paid to shareholders of the Company on 1 July 2021. The Group maintains a progressive dividend policy with the objective of achieving a dividend cover of two times earnings over the business cycle. The intention is to increase dividends in line with earnings.
Marshalls announce a recommended final ordinary dividend increased by 21% to 9.65 pence per share
The Marshalls Group continues to follow a progressive dividend policy aimed at achieving up to 2 times earnings cover over the business cycle. For the current year, the Board is recommending a final dividend of 9.65 pence per share (2018: 8.00 pence per share) which, together with the interim dividend of 4.70 pence per share (2018: 4.00 pence per share), makes a combined dividend of 14.35 pence per share (2018: 12.00 pence per share), an increase of 20 per cent for the year.

The Marshalls board has declared an interim dividend of 4.70 pence (2018: 4.00 pence) per share, an increase of 18 per cent, reflecting the strong cash generation and the Group's continuing progressive dividend policy. The Board will continue to adhere to the Group's capital allocation policy and the policy of maintaining a 2 times dividend cover.
